Backup & Continuity

Ransomware, hardware failure or one wrong click can wipe out your data. A USB drive is not a backup strategy. We provide automated, immutable backups and a tested plan to restore whole systems in minutes, not days.

What you get

How Backup & Continuity works with us

Server and workstation backup

Image-level backups so a failed machine can be brought back quickly, not rebuilt from scratch.

Microsoft 365 backup

Separate backup of mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, because deleted items do not stay in the recycle bin forever.

Off-site and immutable copies

Copies outside your office that ransomware cannot encrypt or delete.

Continuity planning

A written, tested plan for outages: who does what, which systems come back first, and how long it takes.

Who this is for

  • You cannot afford days of downtime
  • You run a database-driven app (ERP, EMR) that changes constantly
  • You have data-retention or disaster-recovery rules to meet
  • You have lost data or been hit by ransomware before
  • You rely on manual, tape or unverified backups
What is the difference between backup and continuity?

Backup is a copy of your data. Continuity is how fast the business works again after an outage. You need both.

How often are restores tested?

On a schedule agreed in your plan, with results visible in the client portal. Testing frequency: owner to confirm.

Does Microsoft back up our 365 data?

Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or overwritten data has limited retention. A separate backup protects you.

Our process

How Backup & Continuity gets done

Four steps, the same way every time.

Get a Free Backup Audit
  1. Step 1

    Define RTO and RPO

How fast you need to be back up, and how much data you can afford to lose.

  2. Step 2

    Local + cloud appliance

Local copies for fast recovery, replicated to secure off-site storage.

  3. Step 3

    Continuous monitoring

Every backup job is watched and failures are fixed right away.

  4. Step 4

    Disaster recovery testing

Periodic full-scale drills prove the plan works when it counts.
